Returns Policy
General:
Customer should notify seller by email at artifactorstudio@gmail.com of the request to return artwork .
Returned artwork should be properly packaged for return shipping
Proper shipping labels including seller's shipping address and copy of the invoice must be attached to the crate.
Return shipping must be insured by customer according to the amount paid stated in the invoice, so that in case of damage or loss seller can claim insurance fees.
Return shipping expenditures will be paid by customer.
Pick up by carrier-forwarder will take place from Customer Specified Address at time convenient for customer
Customer in her/his email request for return must specify Pickup Address and coordinate Date & Time of the convenient tentative pickup. Pickup Address and Date/Time for pickup will be resent to customer by seller as the confirmation notice.
After custom authority inspection and release of the shipment, the artwork will be inspected by seller. If artwork is not damaged within 48 hours (two business days) customer will be reimbursed by amount paid for artwork, specified in invoice.
Order Cancelation and transition to Returns:
Orders can be canceled any time prior to shipping notification. Cancelation notification should be sent by Customer to seller’s email at artifactorstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours, two business days, after receipt of the shipping notification. Last window for canceling order after receiving Shipping Notification.
If any payments are made prior to order cancelation, seller will initiate reimbursement within 48 hours, two business days, after order cancelation notification.
After items are shipped, they are subject to Return policy.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 business days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Damages and issues:
In delivery process door-to-door carrier delivery staff should certify condition of the shipping crate. If severely damaged so that artwork could undergo damage customer should report damage immediately by email at artifactorstudio@gmail.com. Email should include damage description, including photos describing extent of damage.
Customer can choose either replacing/repairing damage, or immediate with 48 hours (two business days) reimbursement of amount paid by customer stated in the invoice.
Damaged artwork will be shipped back by carrier-forwarder paid by seller. Pickup Address, Date/ Time for pickup will be designated by customer and coordinated by seller.
non-returnable items:
In contrast to physical artworks (e.g., paintings, reproductions, textiles) digital downloads are not returnable and not refundable.
