Shipping Details
AII packages are insured and tracked by code provided by carrier and sent to Customer via e-mail.
Package Loss
Providing a correct Shipping Address, Billing Address and Contact Info is a sole responsibility of the customers. ln the event packages are lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer, Seller will not be liable for the lost package. ln the event a package is lost by the carrier, Seller will handle each case with the carrier.
Damage
Shipping is secured by insurance to an extent of invoice attached, amount declared before a discount. ln the event of any damage done to packages by the carrier, we are prepared to replace the item(s) and file an insurance claim with the carrier, as long as the Customer is able to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage that follows the carrier's specifications. insurance claims and print replacements will only begin upon receiving this documentation.
General
In any of the Force Major situations that can delay or disrupt the normal order of shipping and/or delivery we will update Shipping Status on the bottom of this page.
For Customers in USA, when package shipped outside of USA, we will attach affidavit for US custom authorities with regards of the origin of import in framework of US free trade agreement. Federal import taxes may be either considerably reduced, or completely exempt.
Import taxes, sales taxes and VAT in other regions can apply. These taxes, and custom inspection expenditures, if any, are paid by Customer.
Packaging Costs
We ship prוnts flat and rolled and building custom boxes or crates for unframed flats and framed artworks. Flat packוng fees wוll be included in pricing for packages 20" x 20" and 24” by 24” or lager custom sizes.
